Cape Town to Durban, Hi Rachael Alfie is safe and happy now in my husband’s arms in Monaco. He arrived in Durban in perfect condition. And hungry!!! Care had been taken to provide a new clean and fluffy airline blanket in his crate and his teddy bear was cable tied to the crate to ensure it dried and was safe during flight. Even water bowls were cable tied to prevent spills. Super happy with all the care and attention. Feel free to share my words. I’m flying tonight so will send photos next week. Thanks again Rachael for all your patience and care from all your team.

Hi Louise, I just wanted to thank you so much for taking care of our Pookie in East London post quarantine and getting her home to Cape Town. She was understandably alert the first night back but since then has settled much more and has been doing zoomies all over the house running everywhere, eating a lot and playing! She has become so comfortable that she’s found her scratching spots (the couch unfortunately). Thank you again,

I was so worried about the long trip from Perth to NY for my labradoodle. His flight had to be changed due to covid related cancellations and Animal Travel Locality 24-7 quickly organised other flights. I got updates and photos from the 2 stopovers on his way where he had 24 hour layovers to stretch his legs, eat, etc. He arrived yesterday safe and sound and the whole experience with AU Pets Re-Locators was incredibly professional and painless. I would definitely be using them again.

I just wanted to let you know that we picked our puppy up from Bloemfontein airport Monday night and had to send you this photo because the Animal Travel Locality 24-7 van just happened to be in it People these days are all too willing to demand and complain when its wrong but when it is right rarely do you hear. We are very grateful to you for your help in organising and after our 5 hr journey down we found 2 of your drivers, Josh and Sarah were at the depot and they were brilliant! Friendly, approachable and they both helped us through the collection process which did feel a bit daunting in the middle of the night for the bushies gone to town. What an amazing place the freight side of Sydney airport is. Thanks again, really appreciate the kindness and understanding you all showed
