  • The airlines will only book pets close to the actual travel date which is then subject to space availability and suitable aircraft type
  • Airlines may cancel flights and re-schedule routes at any given point due to the changing lockdown restrictions and border closures
  • All NEW booking enquiries must be submitted online
  • Where we provide a quote estimate, this does not mean we can assist on all pet travel moves
  • We are only quoting and accepting Pets over 12 weeks of age
  • We have strict rules around weather conditions for all pets, especially snub nosed breeds.

Q: Can I move my pet interstate at the moment?

Yes, although we are still facing reduced availability and flights continue to change depending on capacity. In the current climate, we ask that you complete our online enquiry form to obtain an instant price estimate. If you are happy with the quotation estimate you can then request to make a booking which our team will monitor and reach out to you if we can service your requested pet travel route.

 Q: How old does my Pet need to be?

AU Pets Re-Locators requires pets to be 12 weeks or older to travel.


Q: Can we move our pet overseas from Australia?

Yes, however there are some complexities depending on your destination and timeframes. If you are intending to travel overseas with your pet Animal Travel Locality 24-7 will work with you to discuss the options, processes and flight availability over the coming months ahead. It is also important to note that due to the pandemic, the airlines only have limited space on their significantly reduced flight schedules. Patience and planning are important parts to ensuring the safe transportation of your pet overseas and we will work with you as we navigate through the ever-changing situations we encounter.


Q: Is Pet Transport now available from South Africa to Australia and Zealand?

Q: What if I am already overseas and I don’t have anyone to look after my pet for me whilst travel is delayed?
